BLOOM MODE / PRIVACY

Privacy Policy

How data is handled when you visit Bloom Mode or contact us.

Contact and controller

Bloom Mode is the studio you contact with your enquiries. For privacy questions, email [email protected].

Information you provide

The contact form asks for your email address, phone number and message. It prepares an email in your email application: pressing the button does not send your enquiry from this website. We only receive the message if you send it from your application. Please avoid including sensitive information or information about other people.

Purpose and lawful basis

We use your enquiry details to reply and, where requested, prepare a quote or take steps before entering into a contract. General enquiries are handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact the studio.

Retention

Enquiry information is retained for 12 months from the last contact. If a contractual relationship follows, necessary records are retained throughout that relationship and for the periods required by applicable legal obligations.

Services and recipients

Visiting the site connects you to the web host and the external resource providers used by each page, which may receive technical information such as your IP address. Sending an enquiry also involves the sender’s and recipient’s email providers. Their terms determine where data is processed and any safeguards for international transfers.

Cookies and external resources

The project code does not implement its own cookies, persistent browser storage or advertising analytics. Some experiences load external resources for visual and 3D features. Hosting services may process technical information to deliver and protect the website.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and, where applicable, portability by emailing [email protected]. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK or your competent supervisory authority, including the AEPD in Spain.

Changes to this policy

This page will be updated when the website features or the processing described change. Last updated: 18 October 2026.
